A: We offer multiple 5-panel mixes: This Variation: AMP 50, COC 20, OPI 40, OXY 20, THC 40. Q: How accurate are saliva drug tests? A:  Point-of-care (POC) devices like on-site screens are excellent for rapid screening, but presumptive positives should be confirmed by a certified lab method. Q: What are typical detection times for a 5-panel mouth swab? A: Oral fluid focuses on recent use and typically detects many drugs within ~1 hour of use and for about 1–2 days afterwards (drug- and cutoff-dependent). THC often has a shorter window in saliva versus other drugs. Q: Does a saliva drug test detect THC? A: Yes—configurations include THC 40 ng/mL. Q: Oral fluid vs. urine—what’s the difference? A: Oral fluid: quick, non-invasive, observed collection, and typically detects very recent use (often up to 24–48 hours). Urine: usually longer detection windows for many drugs, but collection is not observed by default. 5 Panel Oral Swab PEN Tests For Test Strip Tested drug Cutoff level Amphetamines 50 ng/ml Cocaine 20 ng/ml Marijuana 40 ng/ml Morphine 40 ng/ml Oxycodone 20 ng/ml Fast, tamper-resistant oral fluid screening designed for on-site use. The Pen’s absorbent tip enables rapid saliva collection and consistent wicking, and the device can be configured for multiple drug panels. Suited for workplace, insurance, and forensic screening. Tamper-Resistant Design Greatly reduces the ability to adulterate or substitute samples, giving you confidence in the integrity of each result. Ideal for On-the-Spot Testing Perfect for “reasonable suspicion” situations, workplace checks, or field use where immediate answers are critical. Trusted Across Industries Approved for forensic, employment, and insurance testing — versatile enough to support compliance in multiple settings. How to Use 5 Panel Saliva Drug Test PEN STEP 1. Remove the test device from the foil pouch. Hold the grip and remove the cap to expose the absorbent pad. STEP 2. Place the absorbent pad into the mouth and swab both cheeks and tongue for a few seconds, then place the absorbent pad in the middle of the mouth to continue collecting saliva. The absorbent pad should be touching tongue or under tongue. Make sure the test device is horizontal to prevent flooding. STEP 3. Remove the test device from the mouth once the saliva can be seen travelling on the test strips. Then place the device on a flat surface. Immediately start the timer. STEP 4. Read results at 5 minutes. Do not read after 10 minutes. NOTE: * When sampling, gently hold it in mouth and let oral fluid naturally adsorb on the absorbent pad. Do not force saliva into the device to prevent flooding. * Do not eat, drink, or smoke for at least 30 minutes prior to sample collection. * Any oral fluid specimen is appropriate for testing but the oral fluid specimen collected in the morning, before mouth rinsed, eating or drinking, is recommended. Rapid Oral Drug Test Intended Use 5 Panel Oral Fluid Drug Test is a rapid oral fluid screening test. It is a lateral-flow, one-step immunoassay for the qualitative detection of specific drugs and their principal metabolites in human oral fluid at the stated cut-off concentrations for use in employment and insurance testing. This assay provides only a qualitative, preliminary analytical test result. A more specific analytical method must be used to obtain a confirmed result. Gas chromatography/mass spectrometry (GC/MS) is the preferred confirmatory method. Clinical consideration and professional judgment should be applied to any drug-of-abuse test result, particularly when preliminary positive results are indicated. For employment and insurance testing use.  Warnings and Precautions For external use only. Do not swallow. Single-use only. Discard after first use. Do not use the test kit beyond the expiration date. Do not use the test if the pouch is punctured or not well sealed. Keep out of the reach of children. Do not read results after 10 minutes. Dispose of the used device according to local regulations. Storage and Stability Store at 35°F–86°F (2°C–30°C) in the sealed pouch until the expiration date. Do not freeze. Keep away from direct sunlight, moisture, and heat. Open the pouch shortly before testing. Principle of Procedure 5 Panel Oral Fluid Drug Test is a competitive immunoassay used to screen for the presence of drugs in oral fluid. It is a chromatographic absorbent device in which drugs or drug metabolites in a sample competitively bind to a limited number of antibody-dye conjugate binding sites. When the absorbent tip is placed in the oral fluid sample, the sample is drawn in by capillary action, mixes with the antibody-dye conjugate, and flows across the pre-coated membrane. If sample drug levels are zero or below the target cutoff, antibody-dye conjugate binds to the drug/protein conjugate immobilized in the Test (T) region, producing a colored test line. Any visible T line, regardless of intensity, indicates a negative result. If sample drug levels are at or above the target cutoff, free drug in the sample binds to the antibody-dye conjugate and prevents it from binding at the T region. No T line develops, indicating a potentially positive result. A colored line at the Control (C) region serves as a procedural control and should appear if the test has been performed properly. Rapid saliva collection Consistent rapid wicking Greatly decreases ability to adulterate Excellent for “reasonable suspicion” scenarios (Plus applicability for forensic, employment & insurance.) Supplied: Oral Fluid Drug Tests (per kit) 1 × Instructions for Use Required but not provided: Timer or stopwatch Directions for Use (Quick Reference) When sampling, gently hold the device in the mouth and let oral fluid naturally absorb on the tip. Do not eat, drink, or smoke for at least 30 minutes before collection. Any oral fluid specimen is acceptable; morning specimens (before rinsing/eating/drinking) are recommended. Result Interpretation (At-a-Glance) Negative: Two lines (C & T). Any faint T line = Negative. Positive: Line at C only (no T line for that drug). Invalid: No C line or smeared/unclear lines → repeat with a new device. FORENSIC USE PRODUCT This is a Forensic Use Only device and is intended for use only in drugs of abuse testing for law enforcement purposes. Appropriate users of such devices include, for example, court systems, police departments, probation/parole offices, juvenile detention centers, prisons, jails, correction centers, and other similar law enforcement entities, or laboratories or other establishments performing forensic testing for these entities. Some drug test kits that test for Fentanyl, and specialty tests, like the K2/Spice, Alcohol (ALC), Cotinine (COT), Ethyl-Glucuronide(ETG), Fentanyl(FEN), Synthetic Marijuana (K2), Ketamine (KET), Lysergic Acid Diethylamide (LSD), Methaqualone (MQL), Bath Salts (MDPV), Kratom (Krat), Tianeptine (ZAZA), Xylazine Psilocybin(Mushrooms) drug test, fall under the category of Forensic Use Only. These designations are clearly marked on the product’s page. Some saliva/oral-based drug detection devices are for forensic use only. However, if you have any doubts about the intended use and setting for any rapid screening device, it’s advisable to contact [email protected].
