Description For use with 3009 Welded Bolt Down units. T-Wrench used to tighten the anchor bolt on the 3009 Bolt Down. Simply attach the anchor bolt to one end of the T-Wrench and guide it through the center hole of the top plate down to the anchor, twist the wrench clockwise to tighten the bolt. Adding a central anchor on the bolt down table base keeps the unit securely to the floor. It creates a permanent and extra stable solution for a table base that will last a long time.
